How to Strengthen Your Wrists

I use fat grips on all of my dumbbells. They come in handy a lot for bigger guys who want to just, you know, increase grip strength. I try to do a little circuit to train for wrists, hands and forearms. Get a rack attachable one though. If you have one that's suspended in the air, it's deltoids. You're hitting your shoulder just to keep it up. All of this has to be addressed. For wrists, I love, well, I love finger pushups. That's my personal favorite. It's Bruce Lee stuff from back in the day. Yeah. This is forearms and wrists, but I love the roller
