Should I Keep Running or Develop Basic Competence?

I think there's a different stream being world class and being like good at it you know for sure. I'm putting in my 10,000 hours on this whole podcast thing although I think I'm not a world class podcaster yet but do we only have like 500 hours after all these years hopefully we have more than that. It'd be nice to be able to be okay when you play golf with somebody and be decent at pickleball or tennis uh and running  and also some maybe mental things that aren't just fitness um yeah.
