Getting Metabolic Flexibility Through Food and Fasting

Food and fasting is a tool to gain metabolic flexibility. Most people are stuck in sugar burning mode only in their hangry and half insatiable cravings, and have blood sugar issues. When you're metabolically flexible, you can go longer without eating. Fasting will be intuitive, and you'll beable to break that fast when you want to and go into the fast when you wants to. And that's that lightness and lessness that i want for people to find and use both food and fasting as therapeutic tools, but also as a mindfulness tool toyou learn about your body.
