How Do You Develop Candidate Feedback?
How do you get people comfortable giving candid feedback? How is the candid feedback not just coming from the highest paid person in the room, but like everyone? And then also, how do you train authors to take candidate feedback? I think that that's definitely something everyone struggles with. We're structuring these fee back sessions in a way that they're useful. The story time feedback is giving you fee back at the early point of an idea.
