I would just urge you to be kind of realistic that by no means is anything guaranteed, not even when you have those credit back terms. Like I said, upfront, no lender needs to learn your money. So don't expect that it's given or that you owed anything. But just be aware of the reality of the situation because a lot of times you can be led to believe that this learner is going to happen from some of the conversations that you have.
