There's an energy that comes after short bursts of stress. We can very readily feel this kind of really great sense of restoration. The high intensity interval stuff you're talking about is the foundation of everything I do with fitness. But my experience of it, it's just unbelievably good. And then afterwards I am, like he said before, I feel too happy. Like I'm just too happy after this just flooded with such happiness.
