Transcending Discomfort
If i am in an environment that is very controlling, that makes me feel unvalued and not respected, do you think i woing to be able to handle difficult things? Of course not. So we're coming back round to managing our discomfort. And then the other thing, i think, of this transcending discomfort part, is that we also know that if our pursuits have meaning, then we're able to dig a little bit more than just trying to survive.
