There are hundreds of things that might motivate someone to take an action, but I kind of condensed it into these seven different categories. So one of them is, we call tricks of the mind. And then there's habits and then there's rewards. And then we have a couple of tips for mastery. Stories. Instincts. What's the one we're missing? I can't remember.
