The Second Camp, if You Could, Awesome
When it comes to getting strong at skills, there tends to be two camps. There's the people that want to just practice the skills highly specific. But then you also get people who say, it's important to work on the weak links and do some type of additional movements. So a great exercise would be, for example, if you take a planche, right, a full planche, you could be doing any horizontal push movement to improve that. If you can do enough work that your connective tissue is not the bottleneck chances are high that you connect to issue is going to forever be your bottleneck.
