The Five Minute Rule
The five minute rule is about agreeing to decide after the transition. The switch in gears of even just getting up and into a car can be the hardest part. Another example would be, let's say someone feels a lot better if they ride their bike. Sometimes it is easier to spark some agreement from that person if you are going to focus on a pleasurable and filling activity.
