The Importance of Memory

Part of this investigation is how personal we take the sensations in the body. My mind still identified with the 1980s, because I remember those formative years filtering the present experience through views and opinions created decades ago. And it's interesting for a moment, contemplate who would you be without your memory? If you just had no past, then you were just here right now.
