Is There a Difference Between Caffeine and Fat?

When I do add to my coffee, it's usually grass-fed ghee or grass-fed butter. The real magic here is that you're mixing your caffeine with fat. So you're slowing the release of it. Your fat has a way of kind of turning off some of those hunger hormones and it's a really effective way to keep some of the cravings on hunger at bay. That's why a little bit of fat goes a long way.
