How to Squat

When he was in high school, we just back squatted. It was an easy transition for me when I went and trained at the Pacifica Barbell Club because I've really never squatted before. When you're doing snatches and cleaning jerks, you're getting in 30, 40, 50 squats on both of those lifts. On Tuesday and Saturday, we go in front squats. So I kind of figure that out by then.
