Is Just Culture Desirable for Learning?

People will learn no matter what the circumstances and what the culture are. How productive that is for an organization, entirely depends upon the environment that we create to take place. If just culture is implemented, as i believe the full definition of just culture was intended be, then i think that you can have the organization or learnings that you need in order to improve as an organization.
