They can kind of be separated into Passive rest which is the sleep and napping And then more like active physical rest Which are things like stretching Massages, saunas Anything that kind of helps wind you down and helps just like replenish your physical being Okay so if you need more physical rest You'll probably notice more physical fatigue So tightness, yawning, sluggishness through the afternoon Maybe a little bit of brain fog but it also could show up in struggling to power through your workouts.
