The Importance of Feedback

In our courses, we have fallbacks, fall safes. We guide the type of feedback that we're asking for specifically based on the exercise you're doing or the skillset you're working on. Most pieces of feedback will be very average. So in my case, I listen, I discard most of it and I just wait to see if the same feedback comes back in completely different environments by very different people. Yeah, you want to become good at pattern recognition. But also, yeah, understand that feedback is not an attack on your character. It's just a way to move faster on the journey you're on.
