The best emergent game that I did with the group was we would do this game. Your task is you've got a dozen people standing around and making different noises. You want to gradually over say the next four minutes, get to the point where you're all making the same noise. It's actually kind of hard to do but by bit, then you use this sort of total unison starts to have just little bits of variation.
