We have this native voice in our head where we feel shame and guilt. And that's part of the emotional regulation dysfunction that's happening. We don't have to blame ourselves. Be kind to yourself. Tell yourself, it's okay. We're working on this. This is hard. Starting is hard. But I can do it. Take that with you into your day of like, just start being kinder to yourself through this whole process. Oh my gosh, that just like inspired me so much. Like set a clear intention, work through this, getting started, process with myself and move into the behavior. It will be amazing.
