There's almost a parallel with college and like learning a new language and acting in a certain way and then looking down on people who don't have the credential yeah. It just keeps people back it convinces everyone that you just can't do stuff, he says. So many things about cooking are way more flexible than people think the amount of time that you leave something in the oven or on the stove is all super adaptable fatal mistakes are so much more rare than you think they are. Even smaller mistakes as long as you're paying attention will go away if you pay close attention to what happens.
