How to Address Fainting While Doing Deadlifts

Fainting while doing deadlifts or any other exercise is common. People are not only like hyperventilating before they either go to lift or unrack the weight, but also holding their breath for an extended period of time. If you're cycling yourself up, that's cool. But you don't need to like rapidly breathe beforehand to do that. And then also like holding your breath for a 10 second Val salva is probably overkill in most cases.
