The choice point is a very powerful tool that was co-created by myself and Joe Chiroki and Ann Bailey. It's a very simple visual map that really maps out the whole Act model. And what you write at the bottom of the choice point is all the difficult thoughts and feelings and situations that are showing up in your life today. On the away area, you write down the way that you respond to those thoughts, feelings and situations that's counterproductive or problematic or self-defeating.
