Zav: I was very fortunate to be able to visit frank post initaly this year in sicily. That was an amazing experience. Two years prior, zeb took us to taste with a jampierre in genier. He's basically a vindefrance producer. His wineries in geniere are just as it's the other loir river the north. There were growing mushrooms on barrels. And we tasted through at least 30 barrels and a it was, for me, one these other moments were its like, i love what i do. No one in the world is doing this.
