How to Fuel for Marathon Workouts
When you say hill work what do you mean yeah I was thinking more just even doing easy runs up and down. If you go to 10 Kenya that's what all the athletes there have to deal with as soon as you step out your door it's hilly. Do you use some sort of energy supplement for long training runs or are you saving them for specific works like going up 400 meters jogging down 200 metersGoing back up 200 meters is a good workout in my opinion but from an actual training standpoint I don't think it's like training your gut very well for the marathon. It may help with recovery coming out of that workout I don't know though.
