Getting Yourself Out of a Massive Failure

"You're gonna subtly try to figure out how to not fail you'll be subtly half ass failing it never presents itself most often it doesn't present itself as obvious so when we gonna do these things our brains are like sure sure yeah fall but just with like one hand out like just like a finger out right and then we break our finger," she says. "I want you to be able to become aware and recognize if you're cheating yourself out of a massive fail because I speak to a lot of coaches who say they're willing to take a lot of action  but underneath that here's what they're doing you're aiming to get it right really think about that for a second."
