How to Fuel Your Training

I think for me, and we talked about this a little bit as well in terms of, um, you know, weight is something that you have to consider heading into huge events. For me, the priority in the past few years has been fueling the higher training love. So if I'm fueling well and training really hard, I'm getting stronger, but I'm not losing weight. My body's at a set point where it's really comfortable with what I need to be doing.
