You don't want to precede the leg press otf the lumbard because you'll fatigue the lower back. So i's a case of having the exercise on a completely different workert, like a work out be like you suggest it. You just kind of have to consider due to the constraints of what your routine is and how frequently that person's training. And so from there, getting to your questionn, what would be sort of a sample routine?
