The Importance of Conversational Marketing
David Hart and myself came up with the name for competition marketing in 2016. We abandoned it because I was like, I don't think anyone can spell conversation. And we put it on the shelf until we heard from Gartner who wanted to write something about conversational marketing. Then we looked up again and we were like, wait, other people are starting to use it. Great. People are using this conversational marketing now. So soon after that widely approach and start writing book.
