Finding the Goldy Locks in Your Practice

i want to offer here a few, several ways that you might experiment with finding the goldy locks in. This is regardless of where you are in your practice, whats arising, how it's how it is. The first way is just to notice what's happening right now, the go to move. In order to do that, there is a certain amount of concentration that has to be present. We have to be able to stop and to axus what's actually occurring right now. And if you can continuously notice what’s happening, then that concentration and investigation power builds. It can also, and also, often balance balances itself out.
