What Do People Get Wrong About Pricing?

When it comes to sass pricing, most executives think that what you charge will determine success. What is their goal? What are they trying to achieve with their pricing? Is it maximising profit, revenue, market share, gross margin? There are some of those goals that i just mentioned that i prefer over others. The second thing, we may touch on this little bit later, is what i refer to as your your pricing orientation,. This is the entire philosophy of how price is set in your company. So usually these fall under te what we call the three ceas of pricing, of space pricing, competition base pricing, or customer value base pricing.
