If the food is not in my kitchen, i can't eat it, and i won't. So if i only bring home the healthiest food, that's what i eat. I know for myself, i need boundaries. If i don't have boundaries, i will probably make the wrong choice more often than i should. And finally, i have been letting un pile up in my life, physical junk stuff for far too long.
