Sally Kohn: Feedback is a flow trigger. When feedback is immediate, you don't have to wonder how am I doing,. It's a motivator and feedback tells us how we're doing it. She says she doubled her output in terms of writing by just having somebody giving me feedback.Kohn: The body is a homostatic organism. We don't like to burn energy if we don't have the ability to do so. So your body is willing to give that energy away for good reasons.
