How to Use Your Environment to Stick to Your Habit
When you installed so to speak a trigger in your environment You already use your environment as something that helps you to do that habit But then you can use environment in all different ways like for example with my sales training I could open up my computer preparing notes. So everything is ready to go and it reminds me that I need to do that. And by the way June first so happy beginning of European summer. The oldest remind me that it's winter here in Jullo.
