Mental game is a tool that you want to use. Know it's there, but also practice using it. Be purposeful, intentional and reflective. Watch your own process and see how you improve it overtime. Just like a single finger board session doesn't create strong fingers. These because i think mind set in the brain is like this grey thing that no one quite understands. It feels very subjective rand qualitative. They don't necessarily tie those normal practices that we do in terms of technique and physical training back into mental game.
