The right dose of exercise will give you the best results, and then too much will give you too little. Over training can have very detrimental effects on people's health. You want to give your body enough stress to adapt, but not too much so that it t can only worry about healing and recovering. Unless you're a fitness fanatic, you don't mind exercising all the time. What if you could just get your metablism to be faster on its own? I think that's a much better approach.
