i try to be disciplined about bringing positive feedback to one on one, every time with the person. And that's a relatively new thing for me. I learned that from somebody who worked as a manager and constantly helped me remember that we should be celebrating what is joyful in the work that we're doing. If i can see around a specific corner for a person, i want to make sure i share that with them. It's very easy to have like tough feedback for somebody.
