How to Maintain a Normal Training Routine
I love when people ask me to spot them. So I'm like, yeah. Of course I will. But I do think too, like we were talking about in our last episode about, you know, timing of carbs and things like that, it's important that you maintain those different routines that you have. A lot of times you end up lifting at a different time of day than you probably normally would because you usually have some sort of activities or stuff. Trying to just make it a normal training day as possible is like going to be key.
