How Do I Get Dry Hops Out of the Fermenter?

Dry hop canisters is a great way or a bag, I think, because then it's already collected in a vessel. And I would probably be inclined to like the day that I racked off of dry hops or whatever to the serving keg or whatever would be the day that coincide with a brew day. So I can just immediately use the hops that day without having to store them. But otherwise, how are you going to get the hops out of the fermenter? This is a big challenge for commercial brewers as well.
