How to Find LP's to Fundraise

We have a lot of relationships with place with agents and we hear about things through the conventional channels. We network a lot with other LP's and so we have a sense for kind of who's opinion we really respect and share. So when we find something that's interesting and we think they might be interested in this, but it will be a good neighbor and give them a lead.
