Stocks and Bonds Going Down Together?
Stocks and bonds have been going down together up until this very year. This inverse correlation actually flips and becomes a positive correlation. When inflation expectations are below these levels, then there is quite a negative correlation between bonds and stocks. And so when this happens, there's really nowhere to go except cash. Jack: I think the market is going to have to be trying to price that going forward. It's going to be,. i think, a pretty bumpy ride.
