Is There a Way Out?

This week, a young woman who'se now with a healthy partner, still carries scars from an abusive relationship she had years ago. We have a letter from a woman who is still processing the fall out of a relationship she had several years ago. What struck me most about caler's letters, she said that she's 27 years old, and doing the math, it sounds like she was about 19 when she got into that relationship that still haunts her. But she still hasn't forgiven herself for this relationship that started when she was basically a tee nature. And i'll be curious to hear why it's been so hard for her to let go of that and to have the self compassion
