Do You Know What You're Doing?
When you're talking with a potential client, the more that you can step forward and really make it clear for them that they're making the right choice all along the way. More and more, i'm realizing how much clients are comforted by your own certainty because we have so many options. And even if you're early on, you can still do that in a variety different ways, even ifyou're not a quoa expert or seasoned veteran in the industry. For me, more than anything, it was just about sharing my passion and sharing my ideas and i knew, and i was very open with clients like, "I'm going to look into this"
