Red-S and Over-Training Syndrome

There's some really good stuff coming out from Trent Stellenworth. He has just recently shown there's a real overlap between the two and actually it's probably one and one and the same thing to a certain degree. So I think you can't is the answer because if you're over-training, then likelihood is that you're not providing your body with enough energy to do that training load. It's kind of chicken and egg a little bit. But I guess the big difference again and again is we're really pulling hairs here, but the big difference is that with the over-training maybe the rest element and the recovery element is the problem.
