We've got so uncomfortable feeling hungryand i remind my kids, like being hungry is a good thing, like it's a privilege. But it doesn't mean we have to eat immediately or o. What i do find is a lot of people are so accustomed to eating so frequently that they're som o. This whole emotional component, psychological component, to eating less often than for them, can be very triggering on many levels.
