So just for your overall health and injury prevention, adding some vertin to your training can be very beneficial. Just to get a little more climbing and descending in is just going to be good for your overall like balance in your skeletal muscle system. It will also likely help you ay a little more injury resistant,. because you're not just kind of tempting over use injury by doing the exact same flat mechanic day in and day out.
