The Benefits of LCHF for Race Day Nutrition

I wonder how many efforts are like you beef who do go hard on the carbs on race day versus the overall general every day. For LCHF athletes, I'm not sure because it will come down to preferential really. It is a mixable drink in a large container so you could control the amount I would imagine of your, of the concentration if you would. Yeah. Look, it'll be interesting. The absorption thing is quite an issue. And those people in an Ironman race will want to take on board some carbohydrates as they go. But I wonder whether they need this much as well.
