How to Choose the Right Rep Range for Your Training

I wouldn't really recommend you do, you know, heavy sets of four on a bicep curl. Isolation movements, I would say I rarely program them below like eight reps. That they're not effective, but for the reasons that we mentioned already. Some movements are going to allow you to progress and load at a much quicker rate than others. And so that's kind of what drives it for me.
