High omega-3s are associated with better cognitive function, better joint health and a longer greater lifespan. But to say that it's not the omega-3 is doing something, it's just the lifestyle? I think it's falling apart because every study that we see where high omega-3 has benefits on all kinds of different diseases. The only way you can get around that question is do a randomized double blind placebo controlled trial.
