How to Grow a Business on YouTube

In terms of like, how do we manage blog and email and all this other stuff? I think the only two things that really matter to me at this point are YouTube and my email list. As you grow a business though, there are new marketing channels. So it's like once you've gotten YouTube dialed in, then it's like, all right, can I expand Google Search?
