For me, it would be, in a generalized sense, improving endurance. I've always been more of a power athlete or strength athlete than an endurance athlete. So let's say we're going to design this to be a 25 minute session of training that you do three times a week. Yet we'll have a very short warm up and a very short cool down. We typically keep the warm ups and the cool downs quite short because otherwise it detracts from the time efficiency.
