The Average National Price of a House in Bronte

A waterfront house in Point Piper is $40 million because there are a bunch of billionaires who have nothing better to do with their money. If you've made a billion dollars, what's dropping 40 on a house? Mm. So that doesn't quite make sense to me, but it's not as stupid as a house in out of Northwestern Sydney for where it's grass to the blue mountains. That makes much less sense to me,. especially as there aren't that many people earning what a partner of a law firm lives and living in Rouse Hill.
